The questions reflect the law as it stands for the current licensing year: the Tarion purchaser registration rule from April 2026, the 35 percent criminal interest rate in force since January 2025, the Employment Standards Act changes of 2026, the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act after its transition period, the 2025 By-Law 9 trust account amendments and the January 2025 contingency planning requirement in By-Law 7.1. Every citation was checked against the official text before publication.

Two modes for every exam

Simulation Mode runs the full 160 questions against a server-side 4.5-hour clock with no answers revealed until you submit, then grades you instantly by subject. Learning Mode is untimed and unlimited: after each answer you see the best answer, why it is right, why the others are less appropriate, and the authority.
